Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new SME clients through proactive outreach and networking
- Assess client needs and recommend customized financial solutions
- Manage and nurture an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including detailed financial analysis
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining compliance with internal policies
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in a hunter-based role (any industry)
- Stable career track record, ideally with at least 2 years in a previous organisation
- Strong financial literacy—ability to interpret accounting and financial statements
- Understanding of commercial loan products such as Secured & Unsecured Loans, Property & Machinery Financing, Shipping and Working Capital Loans
- Excellent report writing and financial analysis skills for credit proposal preparation
- Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven mindset
