Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new SME clients through proactive outreach and networking
• Assess client needs and recommend customized financial solutions
• Manage and nurture an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including detailed financial analysis
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining compliance with internal policies

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in a hunter-based role (any industry)
• Stable career track record, ideally with at least 2 years in a previous organisation
• Strong financial literacy—ability to interpret accounting and financial statements
• Understanding of commercial loan products such as Secured & Unsecured Loans, Property & Machinery Financing, Shipping and Working Capital Loans
• Excellent report writing and financial analysis skills for credit proposal preparation
• Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven mindset
