Junior Operations Executive

We are a Radio Accounting Authority (RAA) providing communications billing services to the maritime industry.

Position: Junior Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our Operations team. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Requirements

1. Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
2. Basic computer literacy
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
4. Good communication and organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend to queries from customers and satellite service providers
2. Process and action customer requests
3. Process monthly billing information received from satellite service providers
4. Handle activation and deactivation requests for Inmarsat-C terminals
5. Maintain accurate operational and billing records
6. Support daily operational activities as assigned
7. Following up with customers on payments

Salary

$2,500 - $3,000
