Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to applicants to follow up and remind them on required documentation submissions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide timely assistance
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, scanning, filing, printing, and document management
  • Assist with preparation of invoices, delivery orders, and other operational documents
  • Support logistics coordination and daily administrative arrangements
  • Assist with inventory tracking, stock checks, and record maintenance
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period
  • Willing to learn with training provided
  • Interested in supporting the healthcare and medical industry
  • Good communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
