  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience within the health, fitness, or wellness sector
  • Genuine passion for the health and wellness industry

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.

The Job

  • Direct local sales initiatives and operations to support both immediate and strategic business objectives
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, creating compelling communications that energize the sales team and generate meaningful member prospects
  • Define sales frameworks, establish clear performance targets and quotas, and develop supporting policies aligned with overall business strategy
  • Prepare regular performance reports, financial budgets, and revenue forecasts as needed
  • Assess sales execution against strategic benchmarks; monitor team and process efficiency to identify optimization opportunities
  • Oversee daily sales team operations, ensuring consistent execution of membership acquisition targets
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-caliber sales team through strategic recruitment and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure comprehensive role training and competency development for all team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and developmental conversations to support continuous improvement
