Office Hours

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes
• Provide desktop and end-user support
• Handle IT service requests and ticketing system
• Coordinate with external IT vendors on infrastructure and operational support
• Support local IT infrastructure and project implementations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for the new facility

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
• Min 3 years of IT support experience
• Experience in desktop support, end-user support, and service desk operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
