  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information and order placement.
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues on time.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and complaints.
  • Support e-commerce after-sales service activities.
  • Maintain product knowledge and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • College diploma/degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or pre-sales experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales support processes.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and highly stable.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • American accent and fluency in it is key.
