LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (ON-SITE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily logistics 3PL center operations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipment processes.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage logistics-related documentation and reports.
  • Support import and export (trade) operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for the translation and interpretation amongst internal & external stakeholders including HQ South Korea Logistics team.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks, assignments, projects as assigned by the Manager and management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ prior experience in related logistics operations is required.
  • Experience in warehouse/logistics center management.
  • Experience in import/export and international trade operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills to liaise with internal / external stakeholders and business associates .
  • Proficiency in English and Korean (native Korean speakers preferred) to translate, report and communicate with HQ Logistics department in South Korea is required
