Responsibility

Business Development & Account Management

  • Drive salon channel expansion and achieve annual distribution growth targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-potential salon partners.
  • Manage and grow existing salon accounts to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
  • Conduct regular salon visits to review business performance, inventory levels, sell-out activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve salon turnover and category performance.

Contract Negotiation & Partnership Management

  • Support the negotiation, renewal, and administration of salon agreements and contractual terms.
  • Establish clear commercial objectives, growth targets, and investment plans with salon partners.
  • Manage merchandising investments and business-building funds within approved budgets.

Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Present and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities aligned with the annual marketing calendar.
  • Drive strong sell-in and sell-out performance for new launches and key promotional programs.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective execution of salon events, activations, and brand collateral while maintaining brand equity.

Education & Brand Engagement

  • Collaborate with the Education team to ensure salon training objectives are effectively delivered.
  • Support the implementation of training assessment programs in line with regional guidelines.
  • Foster strong engagement and advocacy among salon owners and stylists to build brand loyalty and community

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct monthly business reviews with salon partners and recommend actionable solutions to address opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor sales performance, distribution, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities, industry trends, and customer insights.

Requirements

You'll be perfect for this programme if you

  • Prior experience in the salon industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office eg excel, PPT & Word
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Independent yet strong team player
  • Self-motivated high achiever
