Job Summary

Join us for a 6-month Marketing Internship with potential to advance to a permanent Marketing Associate role. Contribute to live streaming support, order processing, campaign management, and video marketing in a dynamic café setting.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok and Shopee live streaming activities
• Enhance customer engagement and sales
• Process and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage scheduling and coordination with live streamers to ensure smooth operations
• Set up and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high service standards
• Film and edit videos and poster for marketing campaigns to create engaging promotional content
• Post marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to maximize reach and impact

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of or actively pursuing a relevant certificate related to sales, marketing, or digital media
• Proficiency in video editing software to produce quality marketing materials
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
