POSITION TITLE

GENERAL ADMIN SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive General Admin Specialist to support customer service operations, HR administration, and accounts payable functions. This role works closely with the Customer Service team, Admin Department and Finance to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business operations. The ideal candidate is versatile, service‑oriented, and capable of handling administrative, people‑focused, and finance‑related responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Support (50%)

• Assist the Customer Service team in coordinating orders, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries.

• Prepare and update customer documents such as quotations, delivery orders, and service reports.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow‑ups on pending matters.

Administrative Support (25%)

• Coordinate office operations, administrative scopes and general accounting tasks.

• Track and safeguard office inventory, supplies, and equipment.

• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval and compliance.

• Liaise with service providers, contractors, and building management as needed.

Human Resources Support (25%)

• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal HR policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business related courses, Human Resources or any related fields.

• Proven experience in office management, customer service and HR support.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support senior management.

• Skilled in professional correspondence (both in verbal and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

OTHER INFORMATION

Work Timings: 8AM – 5PM (Mondays – Fridays)

Transport: Pick-up points island-wide

Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD3,500 (Negotiable based on qualifications)
