RF Test Engineer, up to $6,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on RF Test Engineer to oversee the testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of high-reliability RF and microwave electronics (such as SSPAs, BUCs, LNAs, and transceivers) within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

RF Testing & Tuning: Set up test benches, calibrate equipment, and test microwave components across multiple frequency bands (C, X, Ku, Ka-band).

Troubleshooting & Rework: Perform circuit analysis to diagnose faults in RF modules/PCB assemblies and support production line troubleshooting.

Equipment Operation: Master lab tools including Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.

Documentation & Quality: Create and update test procedures, accurately record results in MES/MRP systems, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards.

Automation: Use and develop LabVIEW software to optimize automated test processes.

Requirements:

Education: Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct experience in RF/microwave electronics manufacturing and testing.

Technical Skills: Proficient with core RF test equipment, LabVIEW, and standard production databases (e.g., SAP, Omnify).

Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant and flexible to adapt to future shift-based production schedules if required.
