Associate (ISM)

Join our dynamic team as an Associate, where you will play a crucial role in supporting essential sales and operations functions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and quotations while coordinating delivery schedules.

• Review L/C terms and conditions, providing necessary amendment advice.

• Arrange and coordinate shipments, liaising with third-party logistics and warehouse partners.

• Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.

• Monitor shipments and address any delivery issues promptly.

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding order statuses and delivery updates.

• Manage inquiries related to orders and shipments efficiently.

• Provide general administrative support and undertake additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or operations support is preferred.

• Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
