Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and retention.

  • Manage client accounts and serve as a key point of contact for enquiries and support.

  • Promote and recommend suitable programmes and services based on client needs.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services and a positive customer experience.

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of business development and client engagement activities.

  • Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Education or a related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management roles.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
