Senior/ Project Executive – Events & Festive Installations

About Our Client

With more than 50 years of industry experience, our client delivers creative projects for shopping malls, festive celebrations, corporate activations and national events—from conceptualisation and fabrication through to installation and dismantling.

This role offers the opportunity to work on visible, public-facing projects and see each concept transformed into an actual mall display, festive installation or event environment.

What You Will Do

• Support the Account Manager in planning and executing assigned projects from conceptualisation through installation and dismantling
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers and consultants to meet project schedules
• Plan materials, manpower, delivery and installation arrangements
• Supervise project and site teams to ensure timely completion and quality finishing
• Attend project meetings, site surveys and installations when required
• Read and interpret technical drawings for production and installation coordination
• Resolve production and site issues promptly
• Support multiple projects during peak festive periods

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Project Management, Events, Design, Engineering, Building or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant project experience
• Background in events, exhibitions, mall decorations, festive installations, signage, visual merchandising, advertising production, fabrication or interior fit-out
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Comfortable coordinating both office-based planning and on-site activities
• Meticulous, organised and able to work within tight project timelines
• Good written communication and computer skills
• Candidates with stronger experience managing larger-scale or multiple projects may be considered for the Senior Project Executive position
