Senior Executive/Executive, Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to queries

· Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods

· Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess

· Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion

· Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation

· Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients

· Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards

· Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction

· Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management

Requirements:

· Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.

· Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, and logistics process

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
