Job Description

  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities through territory coverage, networking, and social media
  • Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver confident presentations on our products and services
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting closure probability and tracking key metrics like headcount, attrition, and training needs
  • Prepare quality sales and financial reports to support sales cadence
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and internal or external events
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliance, and marketing teams
  • Gather and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to Government and/or Enterprise sectors being a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Good listening skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in English and MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Technical background in IT services delivery is a plus
  • Positive attitude with confidence in driving sales activities from pipeline to closure
