• Assign Job Orders to department and ensure staffs know the tasks that are dedicated.

• Scheduling manpower and record man-hours plan and used are tracked.

• Prepare capacity plan vs actual weekly report and present to the teams' meeting.

• Prepare materials for continuity of job i.e Packing materials, pallets, accessories

• Liaise with departments on processes, and develop check methods for quantity/parts number.

• Update of materials pack status via MPS and ready to ship without delay.

• Develop Work flow for different project with guides / work instruction / process control plan.

• Resolve Technical issues & maintain equipment in good condition or schedule for repair.

• At least 3 years in Assembly and Packing environment with ability to control manpower.
