Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Delegate tasks, create employee work schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess team output, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive, ongoing feedback.
- Training & Onboarding: Coach new and existing team members on company processes, policies, and best practices.
- Conflict Resolution: Address workplace grievances, de-escalate issues, and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
- Reporting: Document team progress, track timekeeping, and report metrics to senior managers or human resources.
- Compliance: Ensure all team operations adhere to federal, state, and company policies.
