UPS Facility Management Executive

Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and backup power systems.
- Monitor facility performance and ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Engineering & Project Management
- Plan and execute facility improvement and expansion projects.
- Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation systems.
Maintenance Support
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Improve maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
- Work with maintenance technicians and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in facility engineering, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Building automation systems (BMS)
- Conveyors and material-handling equipment
- Preventive maintenance programs
