About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing travel business. This role is mainly focused on outdoor sales, business development, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new corporate accounts, meeting companies directly, understanding their business travel and event needs, and providing suitable travel solutions, including air tickets, hotel bookings, company retreats, corporate gatherings, incentive trips, and other business-related travel arrangements.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident in meeting clients, experienced in B2B sales, and able to independently generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new corporate clients through outdoor sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and business meetings.
- Meet companies, HR departments, admin teams, business owners, and decision-makers to promote corporate travel services.
- Provide travel solutions for companies, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, company retreats, corporate gatherings, team bonding, incentive trips, and MICE-related arrangements.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel packages based on client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, travel sales, MICE, hospitality, events, or related industries.
- Strong experience in outdoor sales and client-facing business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to approach new clients and build business relationships independently.
- Experience in corporate travel, air ticketing, hotel bookings, events, or incentive travel will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting decision-makers.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups at the same time.
- Good command of English. Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and quotation preparation.
- Must be willing to travel around Singapore for client meetings.

Compensation
Salary package will be based on experience and performance.
Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
