Clinic Assistant

Job Summary:
- Register patients, schedule appointments and maintaining the calendar
- Manage medical records and update electronic medical systems.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and documentation where applicable.
- Coordinate referrals, laboratory tests, and follow-up appointments.
- Contacting patients, receiving calls, organizing information
- Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
- Working Location: Napier Road
- Reports to Nurse Manager
Job Requirements:
- Preferably someone with experience working in private clinics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-oriented with strong service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
