About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Facial & Wellness Therapist to join our growing team. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional facial treatments, wellness therapies and recovery experiences while helping clients achieve their beauty, health and wellness goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform professional facial treatments and skin consultations

• Conduct body wellness treatments according to ARESET protocols

• Assist clients with Red Light Therapy sessions

• Assist clients with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions, including client preparation, safety screening and monitoring

• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare, wellness programmes and home care recommendations

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up care

• Recommend suitable treatments, memberships and wellness programmes

• Support daily operations, stock management and appointment coordination

What We're Looking For

• Experience in facials, skincare, beauty, aesthetic, spa or wellness industries

• Knowledge of skin analysis and treatment planning

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, caring and positive attitude

• Sales and consultation experience is an advantage

• Experience with wellness technologies such as:

  • Light Therapy / LED Therapy

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • Body contouring devices

  • EMS or muscle stimulation technologies

  • LPG Endermologie

  • Radiofrequency or aesthetic devices

• Willingness to learn and undergo advanced technology training
