Supervisor

AR PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
• Monitor workers' attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for site operations.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Inspect completed works and maintain quality standards.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
