Job Summary

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves working across multiple security technologies including log management, SIEM, PAM, MFA, vulnerability management, and endpoint security platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for project implementation, system integration, technical support, documentation, and post-deployment activities. This role is suitable for someone with hands-on technical experience and a strong interest in cybersecurity infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Deployment & Implementation

  • Deploy, configure, and validate cybersecurity solutions based on project requirements.
  • Perform installation, integration, testing, and handover of security platforms.
  • Support product deployment for, but not limited to:Log Management: Kiwi Syslog, NXLog, Logstash, ManageEngine Log Management/EventLog AnalyzerSIEM: IBM QRadar, Splunk, Elastic, Graylog, ManageEngine Log360PAM: CyberArk, FudoMFA: RSA SecurID, YubiKey, AuthLiteVulnerability Management: TenableEDR: Trend Micro, Symantec/Broadcom

System Integration & Configuration

  • Integrate security solutions with customer infrastructure such as Active Directory, LDAP, SMTP, DNS, NTP, Syslog, SNMP, and SIEM platforms.
  • Configure log collection, parsing, alerting, dashboards, reports, policies, and access controls.
  • Assist in firewall rule validation, network connectivity testing, and system communication checks.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support during project implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Troubleshoot product, system, network, and integration issues.
  • Work with vendors for issue escalation, case logging, log collection, and resolution follow-up.
  • Support patching, upgrades, hardening, and vulnerability remediation activities.

Documentation & Handover

  • Prepare technical documentation such as implementation plans, configuration guides, test plans, as-built documents, and handover materials.
  • Conduct basic knowledge transfer to customers and internal support teams.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for future reference.

Project & Service Delivery Support

  • Work closely with project managers, presales, vendors, and customers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Participate in technical workshops, requirement gathering, and solution reviews.
  • Support project testing activities including SIT, UAT, health checks, and acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity product deployment, system administration, or technical support.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • Familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall rules, VPN, and VLANs.
  • Experience with log collection, SIEM, endpoint security, vulnerability scanning, MFA, or PAM solutions will be an advantage.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues independently and work with vendors when required.
  • Good documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work onsite when required for project implementation or support activities.

Working Arrangement
