Job Summary
An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels,optimizing product listings, coordinating digital promotions, and ensuring asmooth customer shopping experience across e-commerce platforms. The rolesupports revenue growth through effective online store management and digitalmarketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online stores on marketplaces ande-commerce platforms.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings,descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities.
  • Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop digital content and promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Ensure accurate product information and a positive customer experience across all channels.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail,or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Shopee,Lazada, and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
