Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations (Lead Ticketing), the executive / senior executive will support ticketing operations across Singapore National Team matches, Singapore Premier League fixtures, and other major football events organised by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS).

Job Description

Match Day Ticketing Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional planning, including spectator entry flow and venue readiness, to ensure seamless match-day operations across all ticketed events, including (but not limited to):

    • Singapore Premier League matches,

    • Singapore National Team fixtures,

    • FAS-organised competitions, and

    • Events held at the National Stadium, Jalan Besar Stadium, Bishan Stadium, Our Tampines Hub, and ActiveSG venues.

  • Coordinate venue setup, operational readiness, and post-event teardown activities across match venues.

  • Liaise closely with the appointed Ticketing Service Provider to ensure efficient and effective event delivery.

  • Monitor ticket sales performance and proactively identify potential risks or operational issues.

  • Support ticket distribution and fulfilment processes for stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, VIPs, and internal teams.

  • Provide on-ground support on match days, including troubleshooting ticketing and access-related issues.


Administration, Reporting & Documentation

  • Develop and prepare operational plans, checklists, run sheets, and post-event reports.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, trackers, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder briefings as required.

  • Ensure all operational information is well-organised, accurate, and timely.

  • Support operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives based on post-event findings.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Operations.


Vendor & Venue Coordination

  • In support of the Assistant Manager, Operations and the wider Operations Department:

  • Coordinate vendors and operational partners to ensure timely delivery and adherence to requirements.

  • Conduct venue inspections and readiness assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards.

  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing quotations and conducting comparative evaluations.

  • Monitor on-site operations and address issues promptly and effectively.

  • Escalate critical matters appropriately and recommend practical solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Commercial, and Competitions, to ensure alignment and successful execution of operations.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sports Management or Event Operations is an advantage; equivalent hands-on experience is fully considered.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in ticketing, live events, venue operations, hospitality, or entertainment.

  • Experience with ticketing backend systems, box office operations, concerts, festivals and/or large-scale events is a strong advantage.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good attention to detail in operations and documentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
