About the Role
Terra Systems Pte Ltd is hiring for the position of ICT Sales and Services Professional to support our growing ICT sales and service delivery activities.
This role is offered under the Workforce Singapore (WSG) Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) , a structured 6‑month traineeship designed to equip mature mid‑career individuals (aged 40 and above) with the skills and experience needed to build a long‑term career in ICT sales and services.
Upon satisfactory completion of all training requirements and the MCPP attachment, candidates will be offered full‑time permanent employment with Terra Systems.
Total MCPP Duration
6 months
Training Allowance
S$2,400 per month (CPF not applicable during training)
One‑Time Sign‑On Bonus
S$500 upon successful completion of the 6‑month MCPP duration
Post‑MCPP Employment
Full‑time permanent, subject to satisfactory performance
Important: During the MCPP duration, trainees are required to adhere to the training schedule and work hours. Attendance and punctuality are critical operational requirements.
What You Will Do
This position reports to the Sales Manager or HR Manager and is responsible for supporting Terra Systems' ICT sales and service delivery activities. You will assist in identifying client needs, proposing suitable ICT solutions, and providing post‑sales support including disaster recovery services, IT support, and managed services. The role interfaces with clients, internal technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of ICT products and services.
Your specific responsibilities include
Client Engagement: Handle inbound enquiries and requests from clients through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and web form related to ICT products and services.
Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate ICT solutions such as disaster recovery services, IT support, and managed services.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the technical team.
Post‑Sales Support: Provide post‑sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of service issues.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service delivery status in the CRM system.
Work Schedule
This role operates during standard office hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Closed on weekends and public holidays

Eligibility (MCPP Requirements)
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Aged 40 and above
Other Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional and consultative approach
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non‑technical clients
Meticulous with data entry and documentation
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
Prior sales, customer service, or ICT‑related experience is advantageous but not required
Willing to sign confidentiality and non‑disclosure agreements as required by clients
