On behalf of our client—a leading brand in the dynamic Personal Care & Beauty sector— Jobally is seeking a talented Retail Store Designer or Interior Designer with a strong technical foundation.
In the beauty industry, a store is an immersive experience. We need a creative designer who can visualize beautiful, sensory spaces and immediately back it up by drafting flawless technical construction drawings. If you love lifestyle/beauty spaces and possess strong technical drafting skills, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the entire design process, from initial 3D concept rendering to technical on-site execution:
End-to-End Design: Transform brand concepts into 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documentation.
Spatial Layout Planning: Design interactive product-testing zones, makeup counters, and consultation spaces that optimize customer flow.
Material & Lighting Selection: Select premium, cosmetic-durable materials and design lighting layouts tailored for beauty product displays.
Site Coordination: Review shop drawings and communicate effectively with contractors, landlord teams, and engineers to ensure on-site build quality matches your blueprints.
We welcome applicants from both Architecture and Interior Design backgrounds who possess excellent technical drafting capabilities.
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in
AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Rhino or Revit, along with rendering tools (V-Ray/Enscape) and Adobe Suite, is a strong advantage.
Technical Eye: Strong understanding of millwork/joinery details, construction drawings, and material transitions.
Industry Passion: A natural affinity for the beauty, wellness, retail, or premium lifestyle sectors.
