Clinic Operations Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Logistical Support:
- Value driven procurement and management of medical consumables and medications across multiple clinics.
- Support Medical Staff: Assist clinic staff with administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient workflows and patient satisfaction.
- Interpersonal Communication: Build strong relationships with clinic staff, and doctors to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- IT and System Management: Utilize and troubleshoot clinic management software and electronic health records efficiently to optimize clinic operations and ensure accurate data management.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all clinics adhere to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Education: At least Diploma in accounting/nursing/IT.
- Experience: None required, but advantageous to have had working experience in a medical environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic IT technical knowledge and proficiency with Excel. Preferably IT savvy and able to learn clinic management software and electronic health records.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clinic staff and doctors.
- Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel between clinics as required.
- Attention to detail.
