Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll administration, statutory compliance, HR data management, and employee support services.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
- Support monthly payroll processing, verification, and salary disbursement activities.
- Administer compensation exercises including bonuses, annual wage supplements, and performance incentives where applicable.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports, audit documentation, and payroll reconciliation records.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
- Manage employee confirmation, contract renewals, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate work pass administration and renewals where applicable.
- Handle employee leave, claims, benefits administration, and insurance matters.
- Maintain staff uniform and access card inventory records.
Compliance & Reporting
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and attrition analysis.
- Support submissions to relevant regulatory authorities and agencies.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Support HRIS maintenance and system enhancement initiatives.
- Assist with HR automation and process improvement projects.
- Support implementation of HR technology solutions and reporting tools.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Experience in payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, or HR operations preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, community care, or related industries will be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, payroll administration, and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience
- HRIS administration and reporting.
- Payroll audit preparation and compliance support.
- HR analytics and workforce reporting.
