The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Manager, Strategy & Operations
  • Focused on driving operational excellence, strategic planning, workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, governance, vendor management, and transformation projects.
  • The role will start out as a contract role.

The Talent

Required Experience

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in strategy, operations, programme/project management, PMO, corporate planning, consulting, organisational development, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives is advantageous.
  • Exposure to vendor management, procurement, contracts, or advisory services is beneficial.

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, PMO, corporate planning, or operations roles.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, digital workplace solutions, and GenAI.
  • Exposure to knowledge management, organisational development, or workforce enablement initiatives.

Strategic Planning & Operations

  • Support the execution of strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning, headcount tracking, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate audit readiness, compliance activities, and governance processes.
  • Organise employee engagement programmes, learning initiatives, and team events.
  • Manage governance forums, including agenda planning, stakeholder coordination, and action tracking.

Vendor Management

  • Lead vendor management activities, including procurement support, contract administration, renewals, and performance monitoring.
  • Assess utilisation and effectiveness of external advisory and research services.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance capabilities through emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions.

Digital Workplace & Knowledge Management

  • Improve collaboration platforms, intranet portals, and knowledge-sharing systems.
  • Design and enhance onboarding programmes and knowledge management frameworks to improve employee productivity and engagement.

Strategic Projects & Innovation

  • Lead special projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital productivity tools.
  • Support evolving business priorities through strategic problem-solving and execution.
