Position: Part-Time Curriculum & Education Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of curriculum materials for Primary School programmes
• Design and create worksheets, lesson resources, assessments, and teaching materials
• Review, edit, and improve existing curriculum content
• Conduct educational research and compile learning resources
• Support lesson planning and curriculum improvement initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of holiday programme materials and enrichment resources
• Complete assigned projects according to established timelines and quality standards
• Perform other curriculum and education-related tasks as assigned by the Centre Management

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or currently pursuing studies in Education, Chinese Language, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong written communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines
• Prior experience in teaching, curriculum development, worksheet creation, or educational content development will be an advantage

Work Arrangement

Flexible Assignment-Based Engagement

Hybrid Work Arrangement Available

Offsite/Centre-Based Work Required (Minimum 2–3 Days Per Week)

Flexible working hours based on project assignments and deadlines

Combination of work-from-home and centre-based collaboration

Suitable for students, freelancers, aspiring educators, and curriculum developers

Remuneration

Hourly Rate: $12 – $20 per hour

(Rate will be based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and scope of work assigned.)
