Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Creative & Content Creation

  • Conceptualise and design engaging marketing collateral (posters, flyers, social media visuals) for online and offline channels.

  • Shoot and edit basic photography and videography for social media content and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain and update website content, including promotional banners and product information.

  • Ensure all brand visuals, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms.

Campaigns & Event Activation

  • Support and execute retail marketing promotions to drive customer walk-ins and sales.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of roadshows, events, and on-ground brand activations.

  • Prepare, distribute, and manage physical marketing materials for retail outlets and events.

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate effectively with external vendors, including printers and production houses, to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support for the marketing department.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience. Background in Retail, F&B, or Wellness is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) and basic photo/video editing skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of retail marketing mechanics and promotional strategies.

  • Work Ethic: Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organisation: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to retail stores and support events/on-ground activities (may occasionally fall on weekends/public holidays).
