Business Analyst

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and user stories.
• Work closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and Product teams to design technology solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Define workflows, process maps, data flows, and system integration requirements.

Skills/Requirement -

• Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
• Must have strong analytics experience with expert-level experience and understanding of modern data analysis practices.
• Experience delivering IT transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
