Associate Test Engineer / Technician (Cleanroom, Rotating Shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Test Engineer / Technician to handle the calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of our high-tech systems and components. You will work from technical drawings to ensure product quality, resolve technical issues, and document your findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and test electronic circuits, mechanical assemblies, and final systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and perform necessary rework.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine or develop test procedures.

• Prepare technical reports summarizing test results and solutions.

• Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and committing to shift hours.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with optics alignment is a strong plus.
