Quantity Surveyor

Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a crucial role in cost estimation and project management. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in innovative interior fit-out and carpentry projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects

• Manage tender submissions, including responding to Tender Questionnaires and participating in interviews

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner

• Attend site and technical meetings as required

• Perform quality checks to ensure fabrication and installation of furniture/fixtures aligns with construction drawings

• Coordinate joinery and finishing works for interior fit-out projects

• Undertake additional quantity surveying duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Construction, Landscaping Management, or a related field

• Independent and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn

• Familiarity with construction costs and processes is preferred
