Senior Executive, Property Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant management, addressing maintenance requests and disputes promptly while liaising with senior management as needed.

• Recommend and implement measures to improve operational efficiency in commercial spaces.

• Manage lease non-renewals and coordinate handover/takeover of tenant assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Ensure compliance with lease provisions and escalate non-compliance issues after consulting with senior management.

• Prepare incident reports relating to tenant compliance with security and safety requirements; present findings during relevant sessions.

• Monitor site safety and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

• Plan maintenance and tenancy works efficiently across all units, covering various installations and systems.

• Maintain a 24/7 contact presence for emergency response and oversee timely servicing of essential systems for tenants.

• Manage the documentation and budgeting for electricity and air-conditioning charges, collaborating on billing management systems.

• Review tenant fit-out plans against established guidelines and coordinate fitting-out processes for strict compliance.

• Facilitate short-term events and manage relationships with tenants for effective communication and execution.

• Develop and oversee environmental sustainability initiatives and compliance with frameworks and certifications.

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial spaces to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate on enhancement programs for commercial spaces to improve overall user experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Project Management.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management or a related field.
