Key Responsibilities
Supervise floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards, cleanliness and ambience are consistently met.
Lead, brief and motivate the service team, allocating duties and managing station coverage during service.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, float reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
Train and coach new and junior crew, reinforcing service sequence and upselling techniques.
Coordinate with the kitchen to manage order flow, special requests and pacing during peak periods.
Assist the Manager with stock-takes, inventory of FOH supplies and reporting of operational issues.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling/attendance tools (StaffAny experience an advantage).
Valid SFA Food Safety certification preferred.
Service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
