Senior Assistant Manager (M&E), Facilities Development

Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will oversee the successful delivery of infrastructure projects and drive innovation in design and implementation. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively while ensuring high standards in project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project governance policies and processes for infrastructure projects.

• Establish technical standards for projects to ensure standardization with overall design specifications.

• Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with users for hospital rejuvenation projects.

• Lead design development and oversee the procurement of consultancy and construction packages.

• Evaluate and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and construction permits.

• Manage consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, and Bill of Quantities.

• Document meetings and prepare reports and presentation materials.

• Undertake special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

• Provide mechanical and electrical support in the preparation of project-related documents and evaluation of variations or claims.

• Collaborate with stakeholders including Project Managers and Facilities Management during project implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, focusing on complex, live-environment A&A.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects is preferred.

• Experience in an owner/developer setting is advantageous.

• High technical competency and ability to manage ambiguities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

• Team player with an ability to multi-task and collaborate with diverse functions.
