Temp Patient Service Associate (General Surgery Ward) #HJY

Location: Queenstown

Salary: $11/hr - $12/hr

Duration: Oct 2026 - Apr 2027

Working Hours

- 5-day work week, Office hours

- Mon - Fri (8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm)

- Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.

- Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.

- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.

- Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.

- Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

- Min. O/N'Level / A'Level / NITEC / Diploma in any field

- No exp needed, training will be provided
