Key responsibilities
- Configure Teams tenant for voice — policies, dial plans, routing.
- Build lab SBC for Direct Routing validation; execute ATPs.
- Coordinate the AudioCodes SBC rack/stack/patch/onboard across 11 sites (with Park Place partner).
- Lead the Singapore Pilot site cutover and subsequent waves.
Required experience and qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Teams Phone / Direct Routing engineering.
- AudioCodes SBC operational experience.
- Experience working in a large, geographically distributed global organisation, comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Experience working within a globally distributed team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid client/partner team with clear ownership boundaries.
Technical skills
- FROM: Avaya Aura PBX across 11 sites · TO: Microsoft Teams Phone (Cloud PBX, geo-redundant).
- Direct Routing architecture with AudioCodes SBCs at each site; retention of existing PSTN numbers.
- Modern call handling, Teams Admin Center for unified policy/routing/user management.
- Compliance & recording via Verint integration through Microsoft Graph Recording API.
- Dynamic E911 for location-based emergency routing.
