Project Manager

Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager where you will oversee and deliver projects within set timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within contractual timelines and budget constraints.

• Supervise a team to achieve production objectives and project deadlines.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all furniture is fabricated according to construction specifications.

• Review and analyze project drawings, design notes, and specifications.

• Participate in site meetings and inspections, while monitoring and reporting project progress.

• Coordinate with relevant parties, including clients, consultants, and suppliers, to ensure adherence to specifications and delivery schedules.

• Ensure operations at the project site run smoothly and safely.

• Monitor daily site activities and report to the management team on the status of projects.

• Ensure claims are updated, approvals for variation orders are obtained, and prepare billing accordingly.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
