DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, CONTRACTS (RAIL CORE SYSTEMS)

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for land transport infrastructure projects.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for new projects and feasibility studies.

• Prepare tender documents, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

• Evaluate tender bids and administer contracts according to provisions.

• Process payments, assess variations, manage claims, and oversee cash-flow projections.

• Provide contractual advice to project teams.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost database for asset replacement projects.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical).

• Minimum years of relevant experience in contracts management or large-scale projects.

• Highly organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently.

• Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in infrastructure projects is advantageous for senior positions.
