Responsibilities
- Register patients and ensure accurate entry of patient information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Guide and assist patients with self-registration processes.
- Provide frontline customer service and attend to enquiries professionally.
- Offer financial counselling and explain payment procedures where required.
- Perform cashiering and payment collection duties.
- Manage incoming phone calls and assist with general administrative support.
- Support daily operations and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required; structured training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
