Store Manager

Reporting to: Retail Manager
We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in Singapore. If you have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily store operations, managing manpower planning, and driving team performance to achieve overall sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Leading the team to achieve sales targets and budgets
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships
- Drive staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional solutions and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock availability
- Ensure merchandise displays and visual standards are in line with corporate guidelines
- Prepare staff rosters, sales reports, and other retail-related documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, and Training when necessary
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 8 years of retail sales experience in which at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industry
- Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
