Account cum Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
- Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, and banking matters.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate office communications.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting and/or administration.
- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with ABSS Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
