Account cum Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers.
  • Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, and banking matters.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting and/or administration.
  • Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ABSS Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
