Job Description:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty and personal care service outlet. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating customer appointments, monitoring service standards, managing daily workflow, and ensuring that all services are carried out professionally, safely, and in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the beauty and personal care service outlet.

2. Arrange staff duty rosters, work schedules, and daily job assignments.

3. Monitor staff performance and ensure services are delivered according to company standards and customer requirements.

4. Attend to customer enquiries, appointment arrangements, service feedback, and complaints professionally.

5. Ensure treatment rooms, service areas, tools, equipment, and products are clean, safe, and properly maintained.

6. Assist in managing inventory, including beauty products, personal care products, treatment supplies, and other consumables.

7. Train and guide staff on service procedures, hygiene standards, customer service, and workplace safety requirements.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, hygiene practices, and relevant safety requirements.

9. Assist management in daily sales activities, customer retention, promotions, and administrative work.

10. Prepare and maintain daily sales records, staff attendance records, appointment records, and operational reports.

11. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, customers, and internal staff when required.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Relevant working experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, customer service, or outlet operations.

2. Able to supervise staff and coordinate daily outlet operations effectively.

3. Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

4. Basic knowledge of beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care services will be an advantage.

5. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours when required.

6. Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
