Responsibilities

  • Provide project oversight lead and oversee the design of projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
  • Drive, creative and sustainable design solutions that meet projects’ needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, environmental standards and operation and maintenance requirement.
  • Advocate for cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in design.
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and authorities to ensure proper follow-up on all technical requirements
  • Plan trades schedule and coordinate trade work, finishes, and interfacing with structural and M&E details.
  • Ensure timely review of drawings, material samples, and method statements as per project schedule.
  • Review builders’ works’ documentation, BIM and coordination during construction and post construction
  • Review material, including sample submissions and shop drawings and mock ups.
  • Review variation orders for builders related items
  • Manage multi discipline design consultants and the design process to ensure design excellence and quality, and that deliverables meet company standards and project briefs.
  • Assist in the assessment and recommendation of potential designer, artwork, lighting and signage consultants and any builders’ specialist consultants for the project.
  • Conduct audit check to assess TOP readiness.
  • Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by the Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in design and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
