Responsibilities
Credit Administration Support
Assist with internal processes and documentation related to customer and counterparty credit line administration, including but not limited to:
Conducting background checks on counterparties
Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., traders, back-office teams) on a regular basis
Coordinating with corporate units and systems at the parent company (as required)
Communicating with counterparties for KYC* purposes (occasionally)
Inputting and maintaining records in credit systems, and following up as needed
Performing basic analysis and interpretation of company data (e.g., reviewing annual reports and shareholder structures of listed companies)
Administrative Duties
Manage and update company data subscriptions, including invoice verification and payment processing
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer Team Leader
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good administrative and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
