Responsibilities

  • Credit Administration Support

  • Assist with internal processes and documentation related to customer and counterparty credit line administration, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting background checks on counterparties

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., traders, back-office teams) on a regular basis

  • Coordinating with corporate units and systems at the parent company (as required)

  • Communicating with counterparties for KYC* purposes (occasionally)

  • Inputting and maintaining records in credit systems, and following up as needed

  • Performing basic analysis and interpretation of company data (e.g., reviewing annual reports and shareholder structures of listed companies)

  • Administrative Duties

  • Manage and update company data subscriptions, including invoice verification and payment processing

  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer Team Leader

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good administrative and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
