Key Responsibilities

VIP & Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and provide personalised service and support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Proactively manage client enquiries, feedback, and service recovery where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and engagement activities.
  • Implement client retention strategies and initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships.

Client Experience & Loyalty Programmes

  • Design and execute VIP engagement programmes and customer appreciation initiatives.
  • Curate exclusive experiences, rewards, and events for VIP clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the overall client experience and brand perception.

Event Planning & Management

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, client, marketing, and networking events.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development, budgeting, logistics planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Develop event timelines, run sheets, and contingency plans.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee on-site event management and troubleshoot operational issues when necessary.

Business Development & Partnership Management

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that support business objectives and enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create partnership opportunities and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for events and client engagement initiatives.
  • Support brand-building activities through customer engagement programmes and experiential events.
  • Ensure all client-facing activities reflect the company’s brand values and service standards.
  • Assist in developing communication materials, invitations, and event-related marketing collateral.

Budget & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage event budgets and expenditure.
  • Track and analyse event performance, attendance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor client engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on VIP engagement activities, events, and client feedback.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high service standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and senior management teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout event planning and execution processes.
